    Odoo Implementor

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business/system requirements with project/product stakeholders and subject matter experts
    2. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
    3. Evaluate, analyze, and maintain systems requirements
    4. Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs and manage the solution features backlog
    5. Perform detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.
    6. Instructs and trains users on use of ERP solutions.
    7. Good understanding of business and operational processes including Sales/purchase, human resources, payroll, Accounting, and point of sale.
    8. Responsible for creating project plans and schedules that list each task in the implementation project.
    9. Responsible for distributing the project plan to the entire team, soliciting feedback and confirming the project milestone dates.
    10. Troubleshoot and respond to system requests by providing detailed resolutions to the customer within the predetermined time frames and service level agreement.
    11. Follow through with customers with issues and Identify solutions.
    12. Complete, and maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner according to the company guidelines


    Qualifications:

    1. College graduate (preferred accounting)
    2. Previous experience in Odoo ERP.
    3. Quick and autonomous learner.
    4. Excellent communication skills.
    5. 2-4 years of experience.
    6. Excellent planning and communication skills.
    7. Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
    8. Good command of English.

    Remote Tele Sales Executive - B2B Software Solutions

    We are looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team.

    This is a remote position for someone who enjoys connecting with businesses, opening new opportunities, and being the first point of contact for potential clients.

    You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline by reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our ERP and Odoo solutions, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Contact potential B2B clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
    • Introduce Walnut Software Solutions and our ERP/Odoo services
    • Identify client needs and qualify business opportunities
    • Schedule meetings for the sales team
    • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
    • Support the sales pipeline through consistent daily outreach
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in tele sales, lead generation, or B2B sales
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills
    • Professional and confident phone manner
    • Ability to understand and explain business software solutions
    • Strong Arabic communication skills; English is a plus
    • Experience in ERP, software, IT, or business solutions is an advantage
    • Ability to work remotely with commitment and proper follow-up
